Cat Cruelty Case at Rototuna Countdown.

The cat found at Rototuna Countdown industrial bin on the 1 October has been euthanize due to the extent of its injuries, which have now been clarified. The cat sustained major spinal cord and neurological damage with severe internal injuries – the cat would have been suffering significant pain. 
As mentioned in the previous article the cat’s friendliness indicated it was probably not a stray but someone’s pet we are still looking for the owner at this stage. This is where microchipping can save valuable time and help us track the owners.
